Was it interesting? Not at all. It's a perfectly normal semantically mediated lexical slip: pretty boring really. Same exact thing that you do when you call your kid by the dog's name (You do that, ... we all do.) You still know which is your kid and which is the dog; your speech production system just goes looking for semantically related things (such as names) and sometimes comes up with the wrong thing. Happens to everyone.
